Finding someone who is honest and truly cares about your projects is so rare these days and I just have to shout out Carpet Rescue Pro for being just that! Since my first conversation with John about having our carpets cleaned for the upcoming listing of our home and into multiple home projects after inspection, he has been nothing but honest, straightforward, and helping us do things the right way while also keeping the most money in our pockets. Sabastian has been our technician for all these projects and has experience in a multitude of areas, furthering the awesome capability of this team! Their specialties are carpet cleaning, fire clean up, and emergency water clean up but they have connections for so much and couldn’t be more honest!! We had water come up through the floor of our basement for the first time in 25 years. We called a different restoration company first, who gave us a general approach, and a quote for only tearing things up at around $4800. Carpet Rescue Pro came in and took time to evaluate the situation, only taking out what needed to be removed. They used hospital grade cleaning techniques, and were in constant communication about options. They were cost conscious, and got everything handled, including repairs, for about the cost of the other place’s tear down. I would highly recommend you call and talk with John.

If I could give 10* I would, or even 100*!! Sabastian was our technician and he did an incredible job. Not only was he incredibly kind and personable, he was also very efficient and professional. I highly recommend this company- our carpets look brand new!! These have not been professionally cleaned for the 8 years we have lived here and trampled over them with 2 toddlers and 3 dogs. You can clearly see before and after!!
